Hi folks, Perry here.
Caroline just hasn't had the time to come up with a subject for this edition (let alone write it in Dutch and English). She wanted to tell you all about her fantastic garden of fruit and vegetables and all she is creating, but that is almost a full time job.
I am so proud of her, as she conjures up delicious and beautifully presented soups, dishes and salads with edible flowers, rocket, basil and coriander from her own garden. She has been conserving beans and making pesto for the winter and soon the tomatoes will be in full cry and needing a lot of attention.
Caroline really puts food on our table, from early spring to late autumn. Using her 'gardening with the moon' manual, she is growing everything bio-dynamically, without a sniff of weedkiller or other added ingredients. I can't wait until the aubergines and paprikas get big enough. Bless her!
